“The Friendship Express” DVD to be released on Tuesday!
Mark your calendars, pony fans! “The Friendship Express” is slated for release this Tuesday, February 28, 2012.
You can still pre-order the DVD on Amazon for $9.99. The set includes the following episodes:
- Friendship is Magic, Part 1 (Mare in the Moon)
- Friendship is Magic, Part 2 (Elements of Harmony)
- Over a Barrel
- Hearth’s Warming Eve
- The Last Roundup
According to the Friendship is Magic Wiki, the DVD will also include MLP sing-a-longs, “Meet the Ponies”, coloring pages, and the first episode of Pound Puppies (“The Yipper Caper”).
Equestria Daily has released a review on “The Friendship Express”. According to this, the full version of the theme song that was found in the Twilight Sparkle Animated Storyteller is included as a special feature. Pretty cool!
hey guys! I am reblogging this to say that I am going to be holding a giveaway for this DVD + a shine bright fluttershy figure when I receive my copy. Amazon says that the DVD should get to me between march 5 - 9.
also!!! several sources have claimed that the more people buy copies of these DVDs, the more likely we will receive full season sets of the show. not definite, but something worth thinking about.
